Rosemary in February.


Although we are in February, my rosemary shrub is full of bus.This is its moment and bees arrive for their first lunch after winter.

It has health benefits:

it improves blood circulation, it’s a liver detoxificant, a great booster for our immune system, it improves digestion, it’s an antibacterial and anti-inflammatory compound, it has diuretic and anti-cancer properties, it gives a fresh breath and pain relief, and it’s good to fight haedache.

Prepare your tea: 2 teaspoons for cup of boiled water.
