This is the period to harvest your broccoli and cauliflower before they statr to blossom.

Cook them by steam or boil them (but don’t throw away the water because it’s rich of nutrients), then put them in a backimg tray, greased by vegetable butter, dress them by vegetable cream and put into the oven for an half of hour to heat well. Then serve.
In alternative after cooking them, mix with soya milk and blend them so to obtain a cream very soft. heat well and serva with roasted pieces of whole bread.
