100g whole cream
An ice-cream maker, a mixer, a small pot, spoon and knife.
Mix strawberries and add, when they are reduced to a frappè, milk, egg, cream and sugar. Continue to mixer them all together, and when they become a soft cream, put into the ice-cream maker to churn and chill for 60 minutes.
After 60′ minutes put dark chocolate, broken in little pieces, into small pot to melt, and than pour it on the ice cream.
Let it to chill and churn some minutes more.
Finally pick up the ice-cream and storage it in the refrigeretor. It’s ready to eat.
